Terms of Service

1. Product

FlightCue (“the Product”) is a Wi-Fi cockpit display + companion software for flight simulators (Microsoft Flight Simulator, VATSIM virtual network). The Product is NOT for real-world aviation operations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a deposit or using flightcue.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product or website.

3. Early-Access Pre-Order Deposit

A $10 USD non-binding deposit reserves a unit in the first production batch. The deposit counts toward the full $49 USD early-access price. The remaining $39 balance + shipping is invoiced via a second Stripe payment link when units are ready to ship.

Refundable: Deposit is fully refundable any time before your unit ships (target: June 1, 2026). Reply to the Stripe receipt or email letsgo@senolt.com to cancel.

Ship-date guarantee: If we miss the planned ship date by more than 30 days, your deposit is automatically refunded.

4. Pricing

Regular price: $69 USD (post-launch).

Early-access: $49 USD total (deposit + balance), limited to the first 100 units.

All prices in USD. One-time payment per unit. No subscriptions.

5. Payment

Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit-card details. Payment-link mode supports major cards + Apple/Google Pay where available.

6. Return Policy

14-day return window from delivery date. Hardware must be in original condition + packaging. Refund via Stripe to the original payment method, less shipping costs.

Free OBS overlay software is non-refundable (bundled at no cost).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: use the Product for real-world aviation; reverse-engineer or redistribute firmware; abuse the radio-streaming feature beyond ordinary listening; misrepresent identity for the early-access program.

8. Country Radio Disclaimer

The Country Radio feature streams publicly-available internet radio URLs from public broadcasters (BBC, Radio France, Deutschlandfunk, etc.) and from community-curated sources (radio-browser.info). FlightCue does not host, modify, or claim copyright over the radio content. All content remains the property of its respective broadcaster and is subject to their terms of use.

9. Trademark Notice

Airline logos shown on the cube display are trademarks of their respective owners and used solely for editorial / identification purposes within a flight-simulation context. FlightCue is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided “as is” without warranty beyond what Swiss consumer law mandates. Not liable for damages from misuse. Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for the Product.

11. Governing Law

Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction: Brugg AG, Switzerland.
